Was a five star when i moved here now its 1 star as service is slow sum staff are great and sum could be bothered to get out of there own road maybe owner should start putting staff in line and give a job who wants one hope u guys can fix it soon ple as se hurry as you will lose a customer
Good coffee good service but drive through isn't so good always have to wait in waiting bay
It's a good place to get a quick feed. The staff are always helpful and polite.
McDonald at, Young very customer unfriendly.I wanted to order a sundae they would not serve me.Supervisor told me I had to use the self serve station , or would not be able to place order. With all the money McDonald's spend on advertising to get you in store then they try to force you to serve you self, sorry but No I will be going to KFC Signed A Lost customer
Not only have they taken the customer service away and you have to order electronically it hasn't made the service any quicker. I ordered 2 meal deals and 2 quarter pounders, they forgot the big mac in one of the meal deals which was very disappointing as we were only passing through. Maybe if they weren't talking and mucking around behind the counter they might concentrate on delivering your orders correctly.
