Great place to train and for classes.. not really a lifting gym but has all the equipment you need to get you through, perfect functional training area at the rear. Super friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere.. Would highly recommend!
Visited the physio there. Very professional and helpful. Tried a sonic therapy device to loosen up deep muscular tension. Akin to compressing a pneumatic drill into my thigh (without the twisting). It definitely worked though my body was feeling battered the next day or two. From previous visits i know they have a good range of gym facilities and programs. Staff are first rate!

Best gym I have ever been a member of. It was the first gym I ever joined but I moved away and haven't been able to find another gym anywhere near as good. I LOVED the ladies section. I could work my butt off without feeling uncomfortable. When I was a member I payed $7 a week or maybe $9 but either way it was really cheap. I wish I could bring NRG to Goulburn.
