Have stayed at this park for 2,weeks at this same time for last 4 years. Have always re booked when checking out each year for the following year. This year after setting up our van, we were informed by our neighhbours to check on our site for 2020, as someone else may have the site booked. When checking with reception, we were informed their policy had changed and anyone can book any site at any time, and that there is no loyalty given to anyone. It turns out the our site was booked by someone else for the same period we have booked for the last 4years, and this was done before we even arrived at the park for our annual holiday. If this is the policy it absolutely stinks, and we won't be back to this Ingenia park, or any other park owned by this company. Their idea of loyalty is to book your site without first giving you the first right to re book. How simple would it be ,on arrival, to offer you first chance to book for the following year. Maybe it is high time they realised that they are in the service and hospitality industry, and loyalty pays the bills, and bad news travells fast. Just remember, when booking in, that they apparently don't care about you, so why should you care about them. Happy new year.
We stayed here in a studio cabin for two nights. Our cabin was located near the parks great facilities - showers/bathrooms, a communal BBQ and 6 burner stove too which we used daily. The cabin itself was great - had a little verandah, aircon, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, queen bed/bedding and bath towels. The park is a short drive to beaches, walking trails and supermarkets. Friendly staff, nice relaxing environment, well maintained and clean. Highly recommended!
Great Park to stay. Good sized sites with clean amenities. Great access to the water and into town. Improving park facilities for kids with the addition of a jumping cushion. Good pool with a small slide. Excellent communication with patrons during stay and Friendly staff.
Very comfortable two bedroom cabin in a tidy, peaceful park. The cabins have kitchen and bbq facilities, a comfortable lounge/tv area, usable deck space and a nice king sized bed in the main bedroom. The creek running down the side of the park is also very clean, with plenty of fish and crystal clear water.
Busy on long weekend, but still plenty of space. Clean and well maintained facilities and lots to do for the kids. Close to town with great river views. Pet friendly
