An other great visit to this great motel. It has been like a second home to me and I on our visits to my home town. Staff are always very friendly. The breakfast is plentiful. Would recommend this motel to any one visiting Young.
We stayed at this place every year and always book in advance but it was very disappointing this year to see that it was under new management as previous owners were awesome. New owner were so unprofessional and rude. Firstly we were charged $50 more than it was agreed at the time of booking, without any prior communication or explanation. In the morning breakfast room was full and we were not able to find any table or chair available. But finally upon leaving we wanted to make sure we book for next year but we were told that they are fully booked and unable to offer any room to us. Upon checking on other websites they sill have some rooms available. I never experienced this level of customer service. This is below all the standards and If i could give an negative score it would be more appropriate that 0. Absolutely shocking.
A recently built motel, it's got overhead strip LED lights. Very functional furnishings, comfortable bed and good shower. Definitely a return stay when next in Young.
